Description of the organization and its target audience

I have a farm that raises beef cattle and I am starting a meat processing shop to process my cattle and other people's cattle to sell the beef through retail. I hope to target everyone but especially the consumers that are concerned about their foods origin. It will mainly be a local brand but hopefully I can grow the business to expand past state lines.
