Onboarding for Factoring & Invoice Financing — Stenn

Stenn is the largest and fastest-growing online platform for financing small and medium-sized businesses engaged in international trade.

I led the redesign of the 'Client's' domain within this fintech SaaS application. One of my goals was to introduce a new 4-step structure for the key onboarding feature that happens after registration.

The onboarding feature (Wizard) was a waterfall process with KYC/KYB verification at each step. If a user didn't pass one, they would be offered alternative flows to increase their chances.

This business requirement compelled me to consider various user flows, ensuring there were no dead ends.

We managed to achieve a 38% increase in completion rate for the Wizard. You can see what the application looked like before the redesign and other screens in my case study.
