For this animation:

1. Import the logo of the company in After Effects.

2. Add CC Radial Fast Blur, Fill and CC Composite on the logo.

3. Change Fill to dark color.

4. Create a shape with white color and add Glow effect on it.

5. Create Null and parent the shape to null object.

6. Parent the center of CC Radial Fast Blur to position of the null.

7. Start moving the null around.

That's it!
