❗PSD file using MP4 file (it's a link), so MP4 file cannot be deleted from folder or removed.

You can't move any elements or change a background. It’s a real view
A psd file includes a video layer and a smart object (place your design here)
A mp4 video is linked with a psd file. So don't delete it. If you have some trouble with a video layer, replace it (click on a icon of the layer and choose “Replace Footage”)
For proper operation, we recommend using Photoshop CS6 or higher version
