An easier way to have a bird's eye view of the important information that might not be required when creating a contact, but is important.

The list of contacts should have a small notification on the type of information missing. It should be clear on the card, what and where the information is required. While the information is being updated the primary actions of the the card are disabled.

The design shows how to show the field in case its length exceeds the normal field width.

Initially the action link (in text for standard users) to be in this case "Add Email" but when added changes to "Change".
