Service Blueprint
We used the service blueprint tool to visualize the before and after impact of building a new interal tool. Though building this tool would be a significant investment for our team, using the service blueprint helped us visualize all positive impact it would have on both internal team speed and speed of delivery for our customers.
The steps that are greyed out, represent all the manual steps we were able to eliminate by building a new internal tool.
