CLIENT'S GOAL: 

The Calta Group specializes in the development and construction of luxury residential real estate throughout South Florida They wanted to get an esthetic, minimalist brochure for their single-family and Multi-Family development.

Details of Contribution:

As the designer, I was responsible for the overall design and layout of the 29-page brochure. This included choosing images and typography, creating the layout of the pages and ensuring that the piece was cohesive and well-structured.
