A set of example prints for a screen printing workshop I got to lead at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts.

While the main function of the class was simply introducing kids to screen printing, I enjoyed encouraging their geometric design thoughts. Screen printing is fun to share because it can be a really practical way to make a career in the arts.

On the subject of practicality, these prints are far from it! Every individual shape is an individual print & flash cure. I'm sure there are ways the process could be optimized, but at the end of the day, this allowed every kid to create a unique picture and get a lot of reps with the squeegee.
