Project challenge

It was necessary to redesign the existing website for the sale of luxury real estate according to the brand's guidelines. The aim of the redesign was to show accessibility to a wider clientele but to maintain a luxurious note.

The client wanted to stand out and stand out from competing sites with elegant and well-developed UX elements such as carefully designed custom filtration.

The biggest challenge was designing a filtration system that updated listing URLs for optimal SEO. This required categorizing real estate by location, property type, and lifestyle attributes. The solution involved a dynamic filtration interface allowing flexible attribute combinations.
