19/32 – Milwaukee Stags Uniforms
Behind the Stitches
Take a look at these classic threads for the Milwaukee Stags.
One of the most iconic helmets in the league, the secondary antler mark is proudly displayed on both sides of the satin-finished brick red lid. The front bumper is occupied by an "MKE" wordmark, the official airport code of the city, and a "Stags" wordmark on the rear.
Milwaukee has a red top for home games and a white top for road games. Each set has a sleeve stripe that displays an "MKE" wordmark on the right sleeve and a "Stags" wordmark on the left – the only team in the league to have sleeve wordmarks.
The pants, which have options for white, bone gold, and brick red, follow a similar striping pattern as the jersey tops sans wordmark.
The jersey number set includes letterforms designed with modest 45 degree chiseled corners and a rather rectangular footprint. The numbers are thick, sturdy, industrial, and alluding to Midwestern grit.
These mockups were made with a modified and retextured Madden 20 on PC. The in-game screenshots were then used to create a composition in Photoshop.
