1-2-1 Platform

Overview

One of our latest projects was refreshing our internal 1-2-1 system - I was tasked to design and create static mockups of what the new system would look like as well as improving our current 1-2-1 process. User flows from both the manager and team perspective were drawn out, then wireframes and mockups were created based on each.

A new feature requested was the ability for users to create a Development Plan. This plan consists of goals, each broken down into a number of activities to achieve them. Additionally, the new system was required to link to the Learning and Development portal, enabling users to search for courses from the portal to link to their activities. Users can also track the progress of their goals and activities and upload evidence of their achievements.
