Why you should design an onboarding flow

I work on some really cool (proprietary) stuff at Chase. So since I can't share that work here, I've been taking time after my day job ends to design some fun things I'll be sharing here.I'm really passionate about the animal fostering my husband and I do, so I created an onboarding flow for an app design that bridges resources to animals in foster care.
