Day 1 of the #DailyUI challenge: Sign Up

For my first challenge, I created a sign-up page with a playful notebook-inspired design. The goal was to make the form engaging and visually appealing while maintaining functionality and ease of use. This form can be used for various purposes, such as event registration, giveaways, or volunteer sign-ups.

Key Features:

• Notebook Theme: A unique, split-screen layout with a spiral notebook design to make the sign-up process more fun.

• Clean and Intuitive: Simple form fields for first name, last name, email, bio, phone number, and city.

• Multiple Sign-Up Options: Users can sign up using Google or Apple for convenience.
