PROBLEM

In year-end financial audits, clinics using the original TreatAnyone software discovered overlooked potential income. Clinicians unintentionally missed future tasks, despite the system generating them, due to poor visibility. This led to missed revenue and profit for the clinics.

SOLUTION

We proposed a complete redesign of our platform with a focus on task management. We transformed our landing page into a dedicated "Task page" to serve as clinicians' main reference point upon logging in. This new page increases the visibility of daily tasks, helping clinicians stay on top of their responsibilities.
