Exploration on thediary.com last summer. Their product allows you to own and control all of your medical and health data and integrate with iOS's HealthKit to match up health data with medical records.

Most of the time our medical records stay in some doctor's database. This is an interesting way we could all use our existing information.

These screens were some early explorations of style and aesthetic. We've since developed an entire design language using their existing color palette. Here's some ideas around sleep quality, steps, some button states, and a blood pressure graph. A few more ideas in an attachment.
