Customers who are new to conversational products do not know how to accurately and clearly express their needs. The first challenge faced by the design side is how to efficiently guide users to clearly express their real needs in an open natural language dialogue scenario, and reduce user understanding and operational costs. Secondly, in traditional platforms, customers connect their business processes based on menus and navigation, using fixed forms to form clear instructions. In the system, how to use natural language dialogue and auxiliary information to guide customers to smoothly complete task processes is a challenge faced by the design side.
Based on the above challenges, we will focus our design on the following three aspects:
How to build an efficient input-output dialogue model?
How to enhance the correlation between dialogue content and auxiliary information, making the dialogue process more natural?
How to innovate an AI visual language that is different from the GUI era?
In response to the above three questions, we have broken the muscle memory of the traditional GUI era and constructed a complete native experience design system based on AI technology capabilities through three major measures: "one question, one answer command based simple expression", "flexible and responsive dialogue mode AI framework", and "intelligent visual language perception". Intended to meet the diverse and flexible expression needs of users, while engaging in smoother interactive conversations with models in different contexts.
