Bloomington Bison

I was not asked to do this, but I really wanted to. Bloomington is my hometown so I felt the need to take a crack at designing something for them. The symbol featured in the repeating pattern and on the sides of the circled logo is the symbol of the City of Bloomington, IL. I thought it would be a nice homage to the city that a little more subtle than a Lincoln hat. But I did keep the Route 66 frame to match their current logo along with the outline of Illinois in the secondary logo.
