River College Square Streng Bros Homes community custom artwork

My next design package is for the River College Square community in Sacramento. This development of about 75 Streng Bros Homes half-plexes and 1 single family home was built between the mid-70s and early 80s. Like some of the other Streng neighborhoods I’ve posted, this one also has a really nice recreation area that their HOA is working on making even better. Even the pool house building was designed by Carter Sparks. But probably the most unique feature of this community is the heritage oak trees that the homes were built around. Some of them date all the way back to the American Revolution. Wow!
