iBolit is telemedicine mobile app. Registered users can get medical advice online. The customer came up with a problem: app users lack the motivation to make a purchase of the service.

Goals and tasks of project:

·       It is necessary to identify the buyer's difficulties when choosing and making a purchase and understand why the user does not reach the payment stage.

·       Make a qualitative analysis of competitors.

·       Create a map of all processes and scenarios to understand the mood the user is choosing.

·       Conduct 10 quality interviews with people who are interested in using the app.

·       Create a prototype of the «Tariff Selection» based on hypotheses. Create prototypes of recording «Video consultation» and «Chat» that should increase the app's conversion.
