Steward

Steward: A commissioned piece from one of my subscribers. He is the steward of the entire kingdom, appointed to the position which was supposed to be a token title. Show up to the meeting, live in the castle; it was supposed to be a cushy gig. But when the king and his only heir were murdered, the role of leading the kingdom fell to him. He does not have the right temperament for the role, and he knows it, so he is trying to find a suitable replacement. The problem is, if word gets out, the throne is basically up for grabs, and a civil war could spring up.
