Simplistic, Fun, and Modern

For this design, client requested a brochure design that will attract younger market with a clean and fun look. The brochure needed to be informative yet not to crowded. for this design I used elements to draw attention to the houses and use colors extracted from the house's color palette. For additional elements, I chose analogous colors to bring harmony to the brochure. This work was chosen by client for their printed and digital marketing purposes.
