Animation/Experimental Video Main Visual Poster: cel(l)
Project Concept:
In biology, cells are the smallest units of life—individually distinct yet integral to the whole. Through layers of sampling, slicing, and observation over human history, cells have gradually formed us. In animation, cel (celluloid) is the fundamental unit, essential for creating animated sequences. Similarly, cells in biology represent the basic units of life, possessing both intrinsic value and the ability to function independently. We, as individual cells, contribute to and form the entirety.
Style Concept:
The primary inspiration is cel (celluloid) animation, using overlapping frames to create a layered effect. Cells navigate, divide, and converge within space, symbolizing their dynamic nature and their role as fundamental building blocks of life and animation.
