Serina - Internet Provider AI Customer Service

Hello Everyone! I want to share my design work from a year ago (May 2023) for Telkom Indonesia.

To enhance the efficiency of support services, artificial intelligence technology trained to simulate human interactions can be utilized.

This research aims to assist users in resolving their internet issues and support the customer service team in addressing users' internet problems. It is hoped that the design of SERINA AI can help users independently resolve their internet issues and reduce the burden on customer service.
