Excited to share my latest UX/UI design on here! This project features four sleek and colorful widgets for an HR Dashboard. Here's a quick overview:
Time to hire: This bar chart tracks the average time taken from the initial job application to the final hiring decision. By displaying this crucial metric, the widget aids HR in evaluating the efficiency of their hiring process and identifying bottlenecks.
Employee Count: A line chart that shows the total number of employees over time. This widget helps HR professionals to monitor workforce growth or reduction trends, enabling better strategic planning and resource management.
Applications Chart: A dynamic bar chart that visualizes the number of job applications received each month. This widget helps HR teams to track recruitment trends and identify peak application periods for better planning and resource allocation.
Attendance Tracker: An intuitive widget that provides a clear overview of employee attendance. This tracker ensures easy monitoring of attendance patterns, helping HR to manage workforce availability and address absenteeism proactively.
