Accessible Signup Form for SaaS Platform
Overview :
This project has been carried out on optimizing the access and user experience of the registration page of an Travel agency, the possibility of password recovery, login with mobile number and email, one-time password change has been designed and implemented on this form, in the following Implementable solutions have been provided to solve the problems of site users so that this login form can meet the expectations of the company and its users.

The login page to the site does not comply with WCAG standards, and the user interface design of the page is misleading and the users did not go through the login process until the end.
Negative user experience of the product :
This platform is active in the field of tourism, which offers domestic and international flight tickets to its users, and the majority of sales of this site are for charter flights.
Problems investigated users in the work process of this platform :
01 : Forgetting the password and easy to login to the user account.
02 : User name does not match with ID card and passport information to use flights.
03 : Contacting mobile numbers or emails not verified by users, to cancel or change tickets.
04 : Users' legal problem with airlines' rules for fines for canceling tickets and announcing that users are not aware of the rules for refunding tickets. (According to the reasonable price of tickets on this platform and last minute charter tickets, a large number of users visit this site for the first time and purchase tickets and do not read the rules and regulations related to ticket refunds, if When these users want to cancel their tickets, they usually have problems with the cancellation penalty rate by the airline and they usually demand their rights from the ticket issuing company.

01 : Providing three solutions for easier entry of users to the site:
The possibility of choosing a specific password.
The possibility of Log in with a one-time password that is emailed and SMS to users by the site server.
The possibility of immediate password recovery on the Log in page.
02 : Guidance and information to users to enter their name according to the passport information in the registration form of the site.
03 : Receiving users' contact information, e-mail and mobile number, providing this information was required to use this service so that there are two ways of communication with users and the staff of this service can contact users immediately if needed.
04 : Getting users' approval for site rules and regulations. On the registration page and entering the site, users are clearly informed that your entry and registration on this site means you agree to the rules of this company. In case of a problem in the future, this platform has already announced its position and rules, and there is no possibility of creating a legal problem.
