✨ Recently, I and the WWG team redesigned Kosko, an app designed to help managers and HR professionals create high-performing teams.

🧠 Creating a cohesive team that aligns with company strategy and grows with the business is tough. According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace, only 15% of employees are truly engaged with their roles, highlighting a widespread issue of low engagement and minimal effort.

💼 Kosko addresses this by analyzing employee personalities, strengths, and preferences. It helps managers build better teams, enhance relationships, and boost productivity.

🔄 Redesign focused on making the app more intuitive and user-friendly. The updated interface makes it easier for managers to access insights and implement strategies effectively.
