Medical patient view concept

The following is a concept i made of how a medical tool could be organised and how to succinctly and in balance between simplicity and complexity layout the information.

An obvious difficulty for a profession such as medicine is to provide raw unfiltered data whilst still creating ways for caregivers to see that data in a more helpful way and thus increase diagnostic time.

This concept is not prescribed any client or company and is purely my own work. It does not aim to be derivative or representative of an other tool.
