Design Information Tracking System (DITS)

Overview

The Design Information Tracking System (DITS) was created to enable users to track the status of design documents uploaded into Viewpoint, thereby simplifying document management for both the client and our organisation.

Only wireframes were requested for this particular project, some of these are shown below. Mockups are still in the process of being created.

The process was mapped out over the course of multiple requirements gathering sessions involving myself, the project manager, and various stakeholders. Once all the key elements were collected, the information was used to develop an overall user flow, as illustrated below.
