Overview

As part of my UX Design Diploma, I went through the entire UX design process, from gathering user feedback on existing apps to creating a customer journey map and designing a working prototype as the final piece.

For my project, I chose to work on an airline application, given my frequent travels. I collected user feedback on two existing airline applications and created an affinity diagram from the feedback, which helped identify areas of user friction. From there, I developed a customer journey map and began designing, starting with wireframes. Once completed, I created a fully functional prototype in Figma.

Below is some snippets of my User Flow diagram to show the different stages of booking a flight. The application is split into 6 different stages: Homepage, Flight Selection, Passenger Details, Seat Selection, Add-Ons and Summary/Payment.
