Homewood: Moodboard & User Flow

Before designing our first prototypes for a product, we’ll do a little design planning to make sure we’re aligned. Some thorough user and comparable research, a mood board and a few user flows usually set you up for prototyping fairly quickly.

This mood board and user flow are from the member services product we built with Homewood Health. This particular flow intended to connect the user with Homeweb counselling services as quickly as possible. We’ve found that listing user goals beside business goals from screen to screen can provide some insight, and we’ll always define a key metric for each flow.
