Assignment

My task as a Lead Web Designer was to solve two main problems of this business:

1. How to present the parking reservation possibilities as well as possible?

2. How to advertise the mobile application on the landing page as well as possible?

For the sake of solving the first problem, I conducted an in-depth research, went through different forms of user testing and stakeholder discussions. Finally, I created a design for the web map section of the website, based off of all of the requirements.

The design is yet to be polished with the final adjustments. It will be implemented before the end of June 2024.

Research

For the research in this assignment, I conducted an extensive Competitor Analysis, Stakeholder Interviews, Empathy Mapping research based off of users' opinions about competitor services, moodboard and more.

I was also partially responsible for re-branding of SimplePark.

Paper prototyping

As a big part of my design process, I dived into paper prototyping and conducted users interviews with testing, which would help me with the layout decisions for the web map.

Digital prototyping

After the paper prototyping, I dived into different options of design and overlapping with the mobile appllication design. I iterated between design possibilities to choose the most viable one.
