UX Case Study: Simplifying Artist Booking Experience

Overview: A brief look into the UX design process for EventEase, an app designed to simplify artist bookings for events. It connects clients with artists, offering a user-friendly interface and features for easy artist discovery, communication, and coordination, empowering users to create memorable events efficiently.

Problem Statement: Planning events can be a challenging task with clients often struggling to find reliable artists. The process is time-consuming, involving extensive searching, verifying availability, and trust assurance, which current booking apps do not simplify. Similarly, artists need help to connect with potential clients and manage their bookings effectively.

My role encompassed key activities like User Research, User Interviews, Competitive Analysis, User Personas, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, and Visual Designs.

Research and Insights: User interviews and surveys revealed that users needed an intuitive booking app to book and get gigs efficiently.

Design Process: I started with low-fidelity wireframes, iterated through multiple prototypes, and tested with real users to refine the experience.

Final Designs: The final interface features a streamlined booking process, centralized communication, and detailed artist profiles.
