Dino rig in Spine2d

A behind the scenes from one of the dino rigs we've done for the Create a Dino project. Done in Spine2d, using png's only. The rig uses bones and constraints an result in realistic movement. While the out put is a very smalle png file and some json. Perfect for this project.

We have done 8 different rigs for 8 different dino; from Trex like body types to Patagotitan-like ones.

These animation were used to make the Dino, created and customised by visitors of the exhibition, come to life. They would be projected on a screen of 3x5m where the dinos would roam around, walking off into the distance.

Thanks for watching!
