Since the dawn of time have the nordic sky been lit up by the nordic lights. By uniting the movement of the lights and the shape of a sound wave we created our pitch for this year's Eurovision Song Contest – one of the world's largest television broadcasts and song contests.

This version of the identity lost to a similar concept although still based on the same beautiful natural phenomena.

We wanted a distinct shape that could be represented and recognized in many different formats. The sine wave became the main symbol.

Country specific VFX

Each participating country would get their own VFX lights colored in the two most prominent shades of their flag, and reacting to sounds specific to that location.
