Setting a new design standard for a non-profit organization

One On One is a community organization comprised of professionals, donors, and partners whose mission is to affirm the dignity and self-reliance of underserved individuals and their families through meaningful employment. From its inception, the organization lacked formal branding and a style-guide. The name “The Hope Works Community Development” was too broad and confusing. The website was outdated and not mobile-friendly.

We established an effective and trusted brand that aligned with the company's mission and values. We also defined a visual direction and set branding guidelines and maintained them consistent across all channels, including web design, email template, and marketing collaterals.
