How to get people to buy: Pain points and proof

The best way to attract your audience and future clients/buyers is to focus on pain points and prove that you can help them.

When you successfully convey these messages with your content through design you will be unstoppable.

This is exactly what we did for our website @ brigit.dev

We wanted to present to our clients that we know what they struggle with and that we can change that.

Since we work in multiple industries it would be pointless to list them one after the other. it would confuse users and be very overwhelming.

This is why we chose to separate thing with design (and of course functionally).

Design for each industry follows the same flow.

We agitate.

We make them feel seen.

We present solutions.

We show them how its down in practise.

This design followed with a real project behind solutions makes our sotry fly.

The design is simple, direct, and user oriented.

This makes us seem trustworthy.

But how to support this claim further?

To convince people you need testimonials.

No matter what line of business you are in.

We all look at Google reviews before going to a new restaurant.

In business world things are the same.

You need social proof.

To present it the right way with design, we did this:

  1. Our design matches the user flow and highlights the content we want to show

  2. Testimonials are not just randomly stacked one after the other, but we put emphasis on a single person. This evokes more trust.

And voila.

Supportive and suggestive design paired with content that sells gets the work done.
