Bandros Online Ticketing System Website Design
This exploration based on my Design & Innovation class assignment in my magister program. Me and my team had to make an innovation based on real life problem, and we decided to bring out Bandros ticketing system that we find not effective yet. In this project, I am trusted to take a main role in product & UI UX design. Bandros is a great idea to help tourists to take slight city tour in Bandung, but ticket ordering system is not effective. It’s hard to find the staff, had to struggling to take a seat, and minim information about the Bandros & ticketing process. We tried not to change the whole ticketing system to online service, and decided to make it as an option but in a better way.
