Greenridge Eichler Community - custom artwork

Situated in the SF East Bay city of Castro Valley is the third Eichler Home community I’m featuring: Greenridge. Designed and built by Claude Oakland and Jones & Emmons in the early to mid-60s, the nearly 200 Eichlers are located mostly along Greenrdige and Highwood Roads. The models in this development are quite varied. But one of the most sought after is the “Double A” or “Double A-Frame” plan, like the one in the MOD-icon I drew for this post.
