Celtic Buffalo

(WIP) Client requested a Celtic buffalo head for a local bagpipe band club. Thought it would be a fun challenge. This is the strongest concept out of 70+ I've created for this project. I see issues with the horns and I don't believe shading is a great long term solution so I want to create a simplified version with less crisis crossing. Appreciate any critiques.
