CRM System Design for Sales Teams

This may not be the most visually exciting project to post on Dribbble, but it's a valuable part of my portfolio.

While working at one of Estonia's largest scale-ups, I learned the critical impact of design changes on customer productivity and workflow. All modifications were carefully planned and executed.

In this role, I was responsible for designing the calendar integrations and developing the recurring events functionality, ensuring its seamless implementation. I conducted user research and testing, delivering designs consistent with company brand guidelines and design systems. Additionally, I gained insights into large-scale organisational processes and developed leadership skills by supporting junior team members.

A preview of the existing implementation before redesign suggestion

I suggested multiple changes to the 'Activity' creation modal, such as grouping activity types into a dropdown (power user case scenarios: 12+ activities icon-buttons) and rearranging items to clean up the space for the recurring functionality options. Worked with the data analysts to gather insight on the usage frequency of each option using Amplitude.
