The aim was to enable non-lawyer users to search confidently through legal documents, understanding key data such as parties, termination dates, renewal dates and different clauses without having to involve the legal department right away. Overall the software intended to unblock some of the funnel of work that the legal department faces in different companies, and increase the agility of the interdepartmental decision making.
