To create an intuitive and visually compelling landing page for the Synthetic Surveillance Hub, with the primary objective to Create, inspect, and apply synthetic surveillance broadly. The platform aims to provide users with tools and insights for leveraging synthetic data in surveillance applications.

Challenges:

1. Complex Subject Matter: Simplifying the concept of synthetic surveillance to be easily understandable for a diverse audience.

2. Data Visualization: Effectively presenting complex data and analytics.

3. User Engagement: Ensuring high engagement through a seamless user experience and appealing UI design.

Design Process:

1. Research and Discovery:

   • Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand project requirements and goals.

   • Performed competitive analysis to gather insights on industry standards and best practices.

   • Identified target user personas to tailor the design approach.

2. Information Architecture:

   • Developed a site map to organize the content hierarchy.

   • Created wireframes to outline the structure and layout of the landing page, ensuring a logical flow of information.

3. Visual Design:

   • Designed high-fidelity mockups with a modern and clean aesthetic, focusing on readability and visual appeal.

   • Chose a color palette that conveys professionalism and trustworthiness, using shades of blue and green.

   • Selected typography that enhances readability and complements the overall design.

4. Prototyping and Testing:

   • Built an interactive prototype using tools like Figma to simulate user interactions.
