A change was necessary, not just to modernise, but to realign with the values of sustainability, soil health, and community nourishment.

Taking the helm of this transformative journey, I led a comprehensive rebranding initiative designed to shed the old image and cultivate a fresh, sustainable identity for AECI Plant Health. This project unfolded in several key phases:

    The old brand, steeped in imagery tied to explosives, no longer fit the vision. We undertook a complete visual overhaul—redesigning the logo, refreshing the website, and crafting new marketing materials that reflected our dedication to environmental stewardship. The new visual identity was a beacon of sustainability, signalling a clear departure from the past.

  • Omnichannel Communication Strategy: Spreading the Word

    To broadcast our new identity far and wide, we implemented a robust omnichannel communication strategy. We launched targeted social media campaigns, engaged in digital marketing, and took part in industry events centred on sustainable agriculture. Social media became our platform for creating a vibrant community, sparking conversations, and building brand awareness around sustainable farming practices.
