Persona 1: Audience / Concert Goers
Tommy - Undergraduate Student
Because his interest in indie-music and as a college student he have low-budget for concert, he usually goes to local-musician concert. He often finds that local concert usually use GForms and WhatsApp text for tickets sale. He thought that this kind of method is ineffective because it is not authentic enough to be used as tickets.
Putri - Corporate Employee
Putri is an employee who often goes into concert in his spare time. She usually attends local and national concert where they used paper tickets. Because her occupation as full time employee takes her focus a lot, the ticket always ends up either lost or got teared up in her own wallet. From that point she prefer to go to a concert where it provides e-tickets that sent to his email directly.
