Spirit of Wetlands
I recently visited the Chongming Xisha Wetland, which I’ve always wanted to see. The reeds swayed in the breeze, and the river’s gentle waves on the mudflats were incredibly relaxing. The cypress forest was especially peaceful, with sunlight filtering through the tall trees, creating a beautiful light and shadow on the water. Amidst this tranquility, I spotted an elegant egret gracefully walking in the shallow water, like a delicate white spirit.
