Game Development
Welcome to my Game Development Portfolio. Within these projects, I primarily worked as the Game Director, guiding the story, setting the mechanics' expectations, and overseeing the art direction.
Moolang - 2D Interactive Classroom
Moolang, a 2D interactive classroom, is a research project in partnership with local university lecturers. It's designed as a proof of concept for an alternative to traditional video classrooms for elementary and middle schools during the pandemic era. It features two-way voice interactions, including multiple-choice and essay quizzes, voice-controlled teacher roles, digital books accessible through a virtual bookshelf, and reporting accessible via a web CMS.
Night Descends
Night Descends is a 2D multiplayer deduction game. Primarily aimed to be a proof of concept (POC), it features a mechanic where each player is required to find a werewolf among villagers in REAL TIME. The werewolf needs to deceive the villagers during the day, and the villagers need to escape from the werewolf's grip during the night.
Battle of Eltnoq
Battle of Eltnoq is a 2D turn-based action game. Each player takes turns shooting arrows at each other while covering on dynamic platforms using PCG method (procedural content generation). Although this is a turn-based game, the vision for this project is to eventually become a real-time game.
Spacescape 2
Spacescape 2, the sequel to the first installment, is a classic top-down plane shooter game. Inspired by old-school games like 1945 plane fighter, the game provides a thrilling experience with procedural content generation (PCG) for obstacles in each level.
