Back end portal design and experience for the NY-based industry-leading wage access platform.
We started off with a 2-week UX strategy sprint where I interviewed 20+ employees to better understand common user behaviors, identify usability issues as well as surface user needs. I consolidated the findings into several opportunity buckets and we had a prioritization workshop to generate requirements for design.
It led to 40% increase in performance among employees and received high praise from the leadership on the quality of design and experience.
