DIT (Department of information technologies)
Objective
Development of five logos and unique patterns for the existing mos.tech ecosystem.
1. mos.itsm
A system for registering and processing requests for technical and other support.
Here various services publish their services operating within the Moscow Government. Receive requests and process them. There is interaction - notifications, consultations, etc.
There are also services provided to citizens, but they are not published, only requests for them are accepted and executed.
2. mos.ci-map
This is a system for IT specialists where they can view the resource and service model of their ITSM space. What resources are allocated to them, what services do they have, how are they interconnected, and how are they connected to other DIT spaces and systems.
The circle of people includes IT specialists, system architects responsible for Information Systems, service managers, process managers.
3. mos.int
Code Build and Delivery ci/cd, or "continuous integration/continuous delivery" or "continuous deployment" is a software development technique enabled by automation tools. Regular and reliable updates reduce release cycles by continuously delivering code.
CI (continuous integration) is a way of integrating code changes into a repository multiple times a day. CD has two meanings: continuous delivery automates integration, while continuous deployment automatically releases the final build to end users.Regular testing as part of CI/CD reduces the number of errors and code defects, making this technique indispensable for the DevOps workflow.
4. mos.test
In fact, external independent quality control of information systems of the entire DIT. As part of the service, various types of testing of information systems are carried out, including using tools, among which there are 4 main areas: functional testing, load testing, automated testing and installation testing. Users are DIT products directly involved in the life cycle of the corresponding information systems. For products that have testing specialists on staff, additional resources are provided to smooth out peak loads; for products that do not have employees with the necessary qualifications, an external full-cycle testing process is built.
5. mos.det
Competence center for automated testing. Essentially, an Insource team of highly qualified automated testing (AT) specialists. The main directions are automated testing of the most complex and “sensitive” urban IS, ensuring unity of approaches in the field of AT, development and implementation of standards, consulting support, acceptance and control of AT results carried out by contractors, methodological support for DIT products in the field of AT and quality assurance in general , development of our own automated testing tools. Users are DIT products that have matured to test automation. Both resource support and full-cycle service are also possible here.
