With 40% of the UK population single, the majority of them being female, 3.3 million people feeling "Chronically Lonely" and the rising cost of living I have established 'Homesoul Properties'. I source, renovate and bring to market small co-living homes with an emphasis on community, rather than 'just' a shared space.

The community chooses who they live with through a fun interactive selection process and benefits from all the bills being included in their room rental so budgets are easily managed. Homesoul is set apart from the basic HMOs by offering a luxury space with extra community options like well-being treatments, food meal prep services, co-working spaces, etc.

The initial idea is to target professional creative types (or people with holistic jobs), those types of people who would understand and value living in a community. The properties themselves will be luxury end not low end, think posh modern hotels.
