MIDA Ticket is one of the most recognized services in Italy for the purchase of tickets for museums, art galleries, exhibitions, sports events, trade shows, performances, and parks. Recently, we have successfully carried out a rebranding and website restyling process to further enhance the customer experience of MidaTicket users. The client portfolio includes prestigious names such as the Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano), the Egyptian Museum of Turin, the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano), Giorgia, and many other important cultural institutions and events.
The Mission
The mission for this job was to expand the reach of communication, transitioning from a B2C (business-to-consumer) approach to a hybrid B2C+B2B communication, and to revamp the website to provide more comprehensive and timely information on events and offers. The goal was to ensure that visual branding and content were suitable to cater to both types of audiences, overall enhancing the effectiveness of corporate communication.
